Terms of Service

Standing measures how AI engines answer about a domain and helps you improve that over time. Scores and recommendations are estimates based on sampled AI answers, which change run to run. They are a trend signal, not a guarantee of any ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for the domains you submit: submit only domains you own or are authorized to analyze.

Paid plans bill in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe and renew until cancelled. Annual plans include a 14-day refund window; after that, cancellation stops future renewals. Prices may change with notice.

We may publish the measurements from work we do for you, with your domain, brand and any identifying details removed, unless you tell us not to. That means scores, confidence bands, which sources changed, and how long it took. You can opt out at checkout or at any time afterwards through the contact form, including retroactively, and we will remove anything already published.

We never publish your domain, your brand name, the specific pages placed, or anything that would let a reader identify you, without asking you first and getting a yes in writing. Anonymized results are the default; a named case study is a separate conversation.

Where we place citations on third-party pages, we favor publishers with editorial standards who disclose paid or sponsored placement in line with FTC endorsement guidance. We do not buy reviews, pay for positive sentiment, post to community forums on your behalf under an undisclosed identity, or place on sites that hide a material connection. Some of that is sold as a service elsewhere in this industry. It is not sold here, and this page says why.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping our app, reselling scans, or attempting to overload or break it. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
