- Why is this priced per domain instead of per prompt?
- Because our prompt basket is fixed and built from your category, so the same questions serve every customer in that category. Tools that build a bespoke basket per customer have to charge per prompt, since prompts are what they actually spend. Ours are shared, so domains are the honest unit.
- What does the free check include?
- A full scan across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, with the score, the confidence band, per-engine breakdown and the gap map. No signup and no card. Two per day.
- How often are paid domains re-scanned?
- Weekly on every paid plan. The re-scan cadence is what makes the trend meaningful, and it is also what the alert threshold needs: significance gating requires a history to compare against.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time, from the billing portal in your account. Your data stays exportable while the account is open.
- Do the free tools count against my plan?
- No. The crawler access checker, the llms.txt generator and the structured data checker are all plain HTTP with no provider calls behind them, so they are free to run and free to use, with their own rate limit that never touches your scans.
